"I tried this place for the first time and was completely blown away. Their vegetarian/vegan options were the best I’ve seen at a ramen/sushi spot. Everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I ordered their vegan ramen - best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was creamy and I was completely satisfied flavor and portion wise. I also ordered their vegan mango roll, it was a flavorful and exciting alternative to the boring cucumber/avocado roll, which is usually the only vegetarian/vegan option at most restaurants. You can tell they put thought and care into their vegan options which I was very surprised and thankful for. This will be my go to ramen/sushi spot going forward."
