"Mi Puebla's superb Nut-Encrusted Tilapia (with rice, & lime!) is a fantastic dish each & every time. Last night I had it delivered to my home, and it arrived still piping hot, and as classic and perfect as ever: crunchy on the outside, but never dry, tender on the inside,... and flavored to perfection. It is a somehow both a savory, homey comfort food AND a stand-out dish for special occasions."
