Grill: you will need 1 package grill mates¾ marinade 1 to 2 lbs. chicken, seafood* or pork. directions place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. refrigerate 30 minutes. remove meat from marinade. discard any remaining marinade. grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. *do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. grilling tip: garlic herb dijon marinade: stir 1 tbsp. french's dijon mustard into the marinade. continue as directed. tear & pour.
