You will need: ingredients: biscuit: 1 cup cold water; 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (some shredded cheddar cheese contains gluten. be sure to make certain your cheese is gluten-free); 1 pouch gluten-free cheddar bay biscuit mix (enclosed). herb butter sauce: 1/4 cup butter; 1 pouch garlic herb blend (enclosed). directions: before you begin: preheat oven to 425 degrees f. line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 1. stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms (do not over-mix). 2. scoop dough immediately into 12 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. 3. bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add garlic herb blend and stir until well blended. 4. spoon or brush 1 teaspoon herb butter sauce onto each hot biscuit. serve immediately. high altitude (over 5,000 feet): no adjustment necessary. don't eat raw dough.
