Directions for use: PRODUCT MUST BE FULLY COOKED STOVETOP Pour 2 cups of cold water and the contents of the pouch into a 7-inch-diameter pot. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is completely absorbed. Remove from heat, stir, and serve. Cooking times are approximate and may vary from one cook top to another. MICROWAVE In a microwave safe dish, pour the contents of pouch into 2 cups of cold unsalted water. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-17 minutes, until water is completely absorbed. Remove from microwave, stir, and serve. FOR GOURMET EXPERIENCE Before serving, stir in 1 Tbsp of grated cheese and 2 tsp of unsalted butter to the risotto to reach creamier consistency. Storage recommendation: Keep Cool And Dry
