Store below 72 degrees f. almaden easy-open instructions: 1. press down firmly on tab 1. 2. pull open tab 2. remove and discard tab 3. 3. pull spout out of box by its base, sliding the first groove of the spout over the cardboard opening. 4. close tab 2 over top of spout to secure. to dispense wine, slowly twist knob counter-clockwise. to stop flow, twist knob clockwise until fully closed.
