"My Uber order that was delivered was completely wrong. I called the store and I talk to Jennifer. She apologized and ask me to come in to pick up my order. She made sure everything was hot and fresh. She gave a few things extra for my inconvenience. She was severely short staffed, but still managed to give exceptional customer service. She was absolutely amazing and this is why I’m giving McDonald’s five stars."
