""even tho' we live in southern CA, in ""the desert cities"", we have truly ridiculously bad chinese food of many kinds. all weak to just bad. we two had 5 dishes that were so very satisfying to our noodle-craving tastes that we'll certainly be ordering more while we're in downtown St Paul, MN for a few days this week. perhaps the owners could consider opening a great noodle place in the rancho mirage/palm springs area? it'd be the ONLY ONE!!!
