"I’ve had BBQ all over the country and never got the hype about brisket and why it was special. Only today, after trying two of their brisket sandwiches did I understand. What a divine technique and combination of flavors, the intoxicating aroma and a good portion to boot. The smoked wings were disappointing but maybe it’s because they paired with the best brisket I’ve had the privilege of devouring."
