"Love that Lou's has made it to the greater Milwaukee area. He is the deep dish king of Chicago. But tonight was the first time I ordered the thin crust. While it is not the ultra-thin cracker that Milwaukee is known for, Lou's version is equally delicious. They have a patent for the thin butter crust that has been so well served in Chicago and this location is the real deal. Sausage, onion and tomato atop a sweet marinara sauce - molto bene Lou. Ask for the well-done version to get the great crunch and toasted cheese."
