Always high quality food

This place has been around for many years. When there was only one location on south central, wait times of an hour on weekends was common. If you like really good Mexican food that's traditional and some of it spicy, not all, this is the best. They also have the common dishes like most franchise restaurants. The food is freshly made, with offerings you won't find in most other places. The salsa here is freshly made also. It's also nice and hot, both green and red and very flavorful. I couldn't eat spicy tonight so I ordered the Carnitas meal with rice and beans with chips and salsa also. The portions are always very generous. If you really enjoy Mexican food, you just have to try this place. I've been eating there for over 20 years.

The food here is very well prepared and tastes great. Some dishes are spicy and some not, for all tastes. The tortillas are hand made . Excellent food! Not your average Mexican food restaurant.
