"you can tell the noodles are hand pulled and made fresh because they vary in size, and you can taste it! also love their dumplings -- the juice bursts when you bite into them! only thing is I guess you have to request the peanut sauce it comes with when you order delivery which I didn't realize. I highly recommend all their ramen. It's fresh, satisfying, and wholesome without making you feel gross after - you feel nourished."
