"I called the restaurant to find out why our order was still being prepared (according to app and messaged from Uber Eats driver). \nManager cleared up that the food had been completed and picked up much earlier by the Uber driver. Even though our delivery issues were NOT fault of the restaurant, the person I spoke to attempted to go above and beyond. We have had their food before and it’s wonderful."
