"I came to Las Vegas for a science conference and I'm very lucky to find this restaurant. I ordered their short ribs for every single meal during the conference and they did the beef so well! I had some special instructions for cooking and they executed my wish tip top! The cabbage under the ribs is very fresh and enjoyable. This restaurant understands well how low carb folks eat and the deliver total satisfaction. Thank you for taking care of my stomach during my stay in Vegas, wish you a great Sunday and wish to order again in the future!"
