"Food is always fresh, well seasoned and delicious! The oxtail is always flavorful and tender. The tropical chicken and stew chicken are also always flavorful and, juicy and moist. I can’t get enough of the white sauce that comes with the fried yucca. I’ve tried every taco and love the combinations of each of them. The baked Mac and cheese is life and a must every time. The carrot cake is warm, moist and an absolute favorite. I love this place so much!"

"empanadas were amazing! I also ordered the Johnny Cakes which was pretty good but was expecting a different kind of Johnny Cakes (my family is from aruba so we make them the way they do in aruba) I plan on ordering more from Island Thyme!"
