Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Cottonseed Oil, Ginger, Salt, Spices (Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Turmeric, Cassia, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Star Anise), Tomato Powder, Dry Mint Leaves Contains: Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Dairy, Gluten, Milk, Mustard, Nuts / Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Pistachio Nuts, Sesame, Soy, Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites
Directions for use: Just add fresh mutton Contents of pack + water + meat = Mutton / lamb curry ready Cooking Instructions: In a pan, mix 500 g of lamb pieces with the entire contents of the pack and 2 cups (500 ml) of water. Bring the contents to a boil and then simmer covered on a low flame for 12-15 mins or until the lamb is cooked. Stir occasionally. Serving suggestions: Serve hot with parathas/naan or steamed rice. Mother's tip: Marinate the lamb in the spice mix for 30 mins before cooking. Storage recommendation: Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place.
