"Excellent food, full of flavor. I could taste the sage in the Chicken and Dumpling, the Brisket was tender and full of flavor. I shared the meal with my daughter and colleague and all of us enjoyed the food and discussed how it reminded us of Louisiana and how we were trained to cook in our childhood, so THANK YOU and kisses to the Chef!"
