"Great broth and noodles ( I chose regular). Inwish it wasn’t so expensive, but, heck, it was delivery. I thought the pork could have been more tender, or perhaps a thicker cut with more fat on it. All in all, this is my new favorite on Uber eats. If they did a 2 form1, I get it every day. Also curious to try the miso broth with glass noodles."

"The best ramen I’ve ever had! I also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. The matcha cheesecake was DIVINE! I want more of it! I appreciate that they packed the cheesecake separately to separate the hot food with the cold. Will definitely be ordering from Hinodeya again this week while I am visiting Dallas!"
