"They’re so great. They ran out of one of the cookies to fill my order, but they gave me what they had left and even threw in a few extra of the other cookies I ordered to make up for it. Even wrote me a really nice note. Wish I could give them more stars, cuz the cookies themselves would’ve earned em a 5 star rating as they’re the best in Seattle, but their customer service is also worth another 5 stars. Thank you!"
