"I am Maui born and love hawaiian culture and cuisine, and I find Hawaiian Bros to be the best I can get in texas, while some might say its not exactly what they can get back home on the islands; it is still great food and a good amount of the items I have tried do remind me of the food I can get back home. The recipes are a great honest and earnest try to emulate Hawaiian food and I an all for it!"
