"Guasaca is hands-down one of my go-to spots for a quick, flavorful, and healthy meal. The arepas are chef’s kiss, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with fresh ingredients. I usually go for the chicken with the cilantro sauce (don’t sleep on that sauce!), and it never disappoints.\n\nThe staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and I love that you can build your own bowl or arepa exactly how you like it. It’s like fast-casual with real flavor and way better ingredients than most chains.\n\nPerfect for lunch, dinner, or when you want something different that still hits the spot. I always recommend Guasaca to friends and family looking for something fresh and satisfying."
