    I had the staff order for me (I do that often in restaurants I haven't tried before). I got a spicy dosa and a crunchy fried lentil treat (vada) with a refreshing mint based sauce. The employees were worried I would find it too spicy--the flavors were good, but I could have used more spice!...

    Amazing and wholesome. No matter what nationality you are, you need to try this culinary hole in the wall at least once. The food is prepared fresh and taste amazing.     This is a no frills, South Indian restaurant that simply serves authentic and good Indian food. The restaurant entrance is on the side of the temple (facing Holly Avenue) and there are a bunch of signs pointing to it. Due to COVID, their hours are shortened to 8:30am to 8:30pm.     Can't believe I never reviewed this place. I went here years ago and was blown away with the craftsmanship of the temple. It is just stunning and beautiful and the best part is cheap great food in the basement. This is a must try if you are in the neighborhood for great home cooked style...
