We love the food (although we wish there were more options because a fair amount seem to be sold out repeatedly), and most love that we can feed it to our toddler with confidence, even though we're really picky about what he eats (no sugar, rarely any kind of processed food, etc.)!!! We feel good about what we're eating. The steak has this amazing grilled taste, without any sauce; better than any other bowl place we've tried! Some other favorites that we go back to time and time again are: the kale pesto and creamy ginger sauces, the sweet potato noodles (O. M. G. Yum!), roasted sweet potatoes, cauliflower potato mash, avocado cauliflower rice, and barbecue chicken. And some of us wouldn't feel the meal was complete without feta, pesto tomatoes, and citrus avocado. Delish AND healthy... you can't beat that!!!

They make healthy delicious! Plenty of gluten free options for me.

I love the 6 bowl so worth the money !Literally 2 meals in 1.I always get the herb steak and blackened chicken with the sweet potatoe noodles which are delicious!The broccoli yummy the coconut sirrachi sauce tops it off great.I also always get the immune shot !Being local and working hospitality that immune shot is a game changer!Anyhow love fresh kitchen worth every dollar!2 meals in 1 with the 6 bowl!Total win and score!
