    The sauce on the agnolotti alla carbonara is velvet heaven, the pasta itself is definitely fresh and fantastic, and the filling is beautifully seasoned. This dish was my first experience with Filomena, and it is so good I can’t even get past it to try something new. I’ve had this dish three times now and have no plans to branch out. I seriously cannot get enough of it.
