Ingredients: Water, Corn, Corn Flour, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil), Corn Syrup, Corn Meal, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes) and/or Tomato Paste (Tomatoes Citric Acid), Soy Flour, Salt, Pepper Strips (Peppers Water Citric Acid and/or Calcium Chloride), Corn Starch and/or Non Fat Dry Milk, Granulated Garlic, Dehydrated Onions, Spices, Xanthan Gum Contains: Wheat, Milk, Soybeans, Corn
Directions for use: Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven: Place Catalina Tamales on a microwave safe dish and puncture with a fork 2 to 3 times to vent. Set power to high and set timer for 1-1/2 minutes. If cooking all four Catalina Tamales at the same time, set timer for 5-1/2 minutes. Minimum Internal Temperature reached should be 158 degrees F. After removing from microwave, cut along one side, empty onto plate and serve as the main dish or as a side dish to your favorite foods. Note: Microwave ovens vary in heating power. Times given are approximate. Boiling Water: Place Catalina Tamales in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Minimum Internal Temperature reached should be 158 degrees F.
