"I'm from Idaho, we don't have soul food and I always wanted to try it. After I had Esther's I tell you what, i wanna make trips to Texas just to have more. Portions amazing, flavor amazing. I didn't know food could be that good. The oxtails, yams, rice, greens are now my last meal if I'm on my death bed. I don't know Esther but god bless her"
