Essls has the best breakfast in the area hands down. It doesn’t matter what you order it’s always perfect. The grits we ordered were bland and that was the best part since my husband and I were sharing and he likes sweet grits I like mine savory so we both were able to fix it how we like. 5 stars now and back when I was hungover at 21 and on the way to the beach early morning with my parents when I was in high school. At this point it’s a nostalgic feeling every time I get to eat there.
