"We LOVE El Vaquero restaurant. They make THE BEST SALSA IN HUNTSVILLE! After moving to Huntsville, we searched for an affordable, reliable, convenient, authentic, and delicious “tex-mex” Mexican restaurant, and hands-down, El Vaquero is the best. The dinner we received tonight was perfectly prepared, even with special requests for food items, but especially for the kind notes and a “little” extra salsa as a sweet gift for our loyalty. Thank you to all the staff for our perfect meal tonight. We appreciate you."
