"I’ve been looking for this kind of proper pizza for too long- I live by one of the “famous” pizza place that people from line up for, and it doesn’t hold a candle to dough head. The dough was perfection, not a single ounce of over chew. And can I say how much I appreciate the fresh basil topped after the pizza is baked as opposed to prior where the basil gets burned to a crisp. You’d be surprised how often that happens. Highly recommend reverse cowgirl, the garlic knots as well. Consider me a fan."
