Domaine Bunan Mas De La Rouviere Bandol Rosé (750 ml)
Mas De La Rouviere Bandol Rosé is a Grenache wine characterized by a light rosy salmon-pink hue. The grapes undergo direct pressing after being whole crushed, with the harvest period stretching from September to mid-October. The fermentation process takes place over 11 to 17 days in stainless steel vats. Once blended in late January, the wine is bottled in May and then allowed to mature in air-conditioned cellars. It presents a fine and distinct nose with aromas of exotic fruits, offering a lasting flavour that is full-bodied and racy. Suitable for consumption within 2 to 5 years from bottling, this wine is optimally served at temperatures of 12 to 14°C. It pairs well with a variety of foods including foie gras, Provencal dishes—both traditional and slightly spiced—shellfish, smoked salmon, and goat's cheese. Alcohol by volume: 13%
