"DIG is one of the finest new restaurants in Fairfield County! It’s somewhere in between super healthy food and Thanksgiving-style cuisine! Offerings such as sheet-tray carrots, broccoli, and cornbread are exquisitely seasoned and/or garnished! The portions are generous (especially with add-ons), the meats are tender and juicy (the crispy baked chicken is irresistible) and this is where I was introduced to Farro (which imo is slightly bolder and more flavorful than rice)! I also appreciate the attention to detail they put into their meals! It’s hearty but also nourishing!"
