A combination of vine age, a longer growing season, and tough soil contribute to producing a complex rosé with great freshness. Aromas of pink guava, grapefruit pith, and rosemary blossom. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with sungold tomato, white strawberry, and hibiscus. Hand-harvested, long and slow malolactic fermentation (to balance out the acidity), and whole cluster pressed into stainless steel.
