"I have been looking for a quality fried chicken sandwich since moving to Seattle and I think I found it in the barn burner. I love that you can scale up or down the spice level. The only thing I wish is if I could swap out the sauces, I suppose I could order no mayo and just buy a side sauce but it’d just be nice to have that option."

Chicken was fried to perfection, and the portions were great. I can still feel my lips and tongue tingling from the spice. I highly recommend this spot"

      The mashed potatoes with gravy and the two star bites were absolutely delicious. If you guys added fried okra. I'd never have to go to any other fried chicken place.
