Directions for use: Thoroughly cook before serving. Shallow Fry - From Chilled, Ensure food is piping hot. Medium heat 4-5 mins. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat. Remove all packaging. Add 1 tbsp of oil to pre-heated pan. Add mince to the pan, stir frequently, until all the meat is browned off and juices run clear. Drain off juices If desired. Cover with sauce or stock of your choice and simmer. Food Safety, Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging Storage recommendation: Keep in fridge 2 to 5°C, Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge for 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Chilled
