Vegetable Fajit

Sauteed red, green bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, and green onions. Grilled with red, green bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Garnished with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. Served with Mexican rice, frijoles, and soft tortillas.
