Adams Apple Company is rooted in founder and owner Theresa Adams’ Midwest upbringing, during which much of her time was spent in her grandmother's kitchen and on her aunt's family farm. It was then and there that she developed a taste for scratch-made foods, like apple pie and apple butter! Based in Lexington, S.C.

From our humble start of curating the most unique candles to now creating some of the best products made in house. We aren't about following the rules of how a product should be, but about what the product CAN be and how wild we can get while delivering quality goods. We are rebellious in this way because we don't like going with the grain but against the grains to create unique provisions for folks to enjoy.

In 1997 we started producing our line of unique specialty jams and cooking sauces in a small production kitchen in Loomis, California. Today we still make our jams and sauces the same way we did 24 years ago. Cooking in small batches, using the finest fruits and vegetables, sourcing local ingredients and never compromising on quality, integrity and customer relationships. We specialize in partnering with independent gourmet markets, wineries, fish and meat markets, cheese stores and boutique’s around the country.

This gluten-free fettucine pasta is versatile and delicious. La Fabbrica della Pasta is the first pasta factory in the world to make a bronze-drawn, artisanal pasta of Gragnano, that is completely gluten free. Made with the best rice and corn flour available and local spring water, bronze-drawn and slow-dried at a low temperature, this is true artisanal pasta from Gragnano. It has wonderful flavor and bite, maintaining its firmness after cooking. Use as you would any quality dry pasta.

All of La Fabbrica della Pasta's gluten free products are made with special care in a separate, completely gluten-free facility to protect from any cross contamination. La Fabbrica della Pasta has been making pasta for three generations in Gragnano, a small town nestled in the hills near Naples, famous for its pasta production for over 500 years.

The Young's Premium Foods legacy dates back nearly to 1920's, when TB Young began growing in-shell pecans in the heart of the Carolinas. The Pee Dee region of SC is known for its rich soil and favorable climate and TB's pecans were coveted for their size and texture. TB's son, James, shelled pecans in the 1940s under the brand Young Pecan; he distributed Pee Dee pecans to grocery stores and it grew to become the world's largest pecan shelling operation. Two decades later, we began selling pecans direct to consumer and Young's Premium Foods was born.
