"Really loved the red velvet cupcakes. The cream cheese icing was perfect. I’m not an icing person, but I loved the icing on both the red velvet and the chocolate cupcake. My only wish was that for the price, the cupcakes were bigger. Loved the sustainable and recyclable packaging. The lemon bar wasn’t what I was expecting, but that’s my fault for not reading the menu carefully. However, after I adjusted my expectations, I really enjoyed it. I even had ordered a lemon bar from another bakery that was closer to what I expected and I ended up preferring Cake Life’s lemon bar. It tasted fresher and I appreciate the acidity. I get why you add a marshmallow atop of the chocolate cupcakes, but I’m a simplistic person and I appreciate a simple well made cupcake, so I would have preferred to go without it. If you add a chocolate peanut butter cupcake, you’ll have my heart forever!"
