"Uber eats is great! I made a mistake and gave wrong hotel room number. I therefore didn’t receive my meal as requested so I reordered. However I give them kudos as they refunded my first order charge, responded professionally to my phone calls, and Ali, the driver was patient, kind, and accommodating. Instead of just leaving when he went to the wrong room number, he called me and we were able to meet. Thank you Bozzelli and Uber Eats for making my day. The food was delicious."
