"You know honestly my first time ordering from this restaurant. People always said the food was delicious but I didn't believe then. But it was. I had fried chicken with Mac and cheese and rice as a 2nd. I did not care for the rice, but not really rice person. The mac was delicious. Like the South, creamy and delicious. My take if you don't or can't choose 2nd side, go with Mac. My husband really enjoyed this meal. He is from the South. Kingtree, so all i heard was hmmmm and oh myGod and grunting 😊 🤭🤣🤣🤣 So, yup, \nThank you. ❤️"

"I’ve read all the negative reviews. I usually order from Utica Ave. I ordered through Uber Eats and my order came from the Halsey location. I must say, it was actually good. Oxtails, spinach and rice and peas were all well seasoned. The portion was good and it was a buy one get one free. Maybe it was my lucky day. IJS"
