-Now, Back to work! - Nebraskan*$13.20 • 100% (21)It's Like a Rueben, Like, eerily similar, like so similar we should have called it a Rueben, It's got KC's own Boyles Corned beef, We do a house Bavarian Style Kraut (Hint: it's sweeter and less krauty than other krauts you've met), Swiss cheese. Oh, and we went looking for the 1000 Island for it, got lost ended at the 1001 island, called it a day.
Also, some attribute the Rueben sandwiches creation to Omaha Nebraska or one of the outlying areas, we are too by calling it the Nebraskan. I personally love this sandwich with added Bacon, otherwise its a vegetarian victory of digestibility.
