"Basil Cafe is phenomenal! Easily one of our favorite restaurant in Saint Paul. Their takeout is always well packed, fresh and incredibly tasty. I feel like I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu at this point, and it’s all wonderful! My favorites are the Pad Si Ew and the Kao Poun. :)"

"Egg rolls were delicious. Breading was crisp and perfect, not overwhelming. Pad Thai was delicious, mild has the perfect spice. I did the buy one get one and it kinda looks like they split one order into to boxes- still delicious. Would order again"
