He took the time to try and find what was requested. After I gave him options for replacement, he let me know that he was on his way to deliver. The 1 thing that surprised me was that he actually read the instructions I put on the order to locate my home since it is not easily accessible. He has been the best delivery person that I've had since I moved to Tucson. Thank you so much. You are a rockstar!
