The Uber Eats driver unfortunately picked up and delivered the wrong bag — but had no way of knowing that. To make it right, the manager not only called me but personally drove my order to my house — I couldn’t believe it. Amazing. Really can’t thank the manager, Mike, enough for going out of his way to make it right."
