"Bakeshop is amazing! On NYE, I ordered cupcakes for a celebration last minute. Unfortunately, after I placed the order, they found they were out of some of the flavors that I’d chosen. Instead of canceling my order, they made a point to then call me to figure out other flavors. But the BEST part of Bakeshop, once I got my order, I was met with a pleasant surprise: they placed a bag of free cookies with a sweet message apologizing for the inconvenience! Everthing about Bakeshop, from the treats to the customer service, is absolutely sweet! I love this place!!!"
