"I am so pleased with the customer service and how above and beyond they’ve gone to make my best friend’s birthday a little more special. I had requested in the notes that they write Happy Birthday somewhere on the tray, thinking it might just be with some icing. But they instead added the cutest birthday card with a hand held birthday stake. And the delivery bag itself was also not plain, they had added a bow and ribbon to it too!! I had ordered a 3” Red Velvet cake and my friend said it was the best red velvet cake she’s had so far, she fell in love with it! I’m so happy and thankful about how much care and thought they put into the order. Do yourself a favor and order from here, you will not be disappointed"

"They sent a handwritten card to let me know that they were out of the two cupcakes I ordered and sent me two of their best selling cupcakes instead no charge. Things like this are what make businesses worth going to more than anything. But the cupcakes were delicious anyway!"
