      The crust is crispy on the bottom, and the rest of it airy. The red sauce is sweet from the natural sugars of the tomatoes, and you taste just the right amount of fresh basil, with a slight kick of red pepper flake at the end. And the Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top adds the perfect salinity.
