"Perfection. The filet was cooked from edge to edge with a perfectly charred sear (May have been sous vide?). Delicious wine sauce, Gorgonzola and mushrooms. I subbed mushroom risotto for the mashed potatoes, WOW! Green beans came instead of the asparagus on the Uber Eats photo and they were perfectly crisp-tender with very light butter and Parmesan. Peanut butter chocolate dessert for tomorrow but had a couple of bites and was so good, I was afraid it would be too sweet but not at all. Overall, fabulous!!!"
