Microwave - From Ambient For 1 wrap 700W 10 Secs / 900W 6 Secs Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power. For 1 wraps, 40 seconds (700W), 20 seconds (900W). Oven cook - From Ambient 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C,Gas 6, 8 Mins Wrap all wraps in foil. Preheat the oven. Place in the centre of the oven. Shallow Fry - From Ambient High 12-15 Secs Heat one at a time in a dry fry pan, turning once.Flex wraps before opening,Suitable for Home Freezing Keep Refrigerated,Safety first: To avoid danger of suffocation, please keep this bag away from babies and small children.
