Microwave - From Ambient (From Room Temp') 750W/D, 850W/E Zap each wrap in your microwave for 15 seconds on full power, or heat the whole pack for 1 minute (750W/D) or 50 seconds (850W/E). Shallow Fry - From Ambient (From Room Temp') Sizzle each wrap in a dry pan for 10-15 seconds, each side, until they're crispy. Suitable for Home Freezing, Reseal for freshness Flex the pack to loosen wraps, Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for home freezing: Freeze as soon as possible and use within 3 months.
