"Ramen here is 2 legit 2 quit!! They brew their broth for hours, noodles always have perfect mouth feel, and the soft boiled eggs are actually soft boiled (unlike those places that essentially toss half of a hard boiled egg in your soup). We have also tried a bunch of their appetizers, and the shrimp shumai, takoyaki, and veggie croquettes keep us coming back for more! Totally worth patronizing in person, but def UE this if you can’t make the trip!!"
